Tonight’s debate was a great example of civil discourse and spirited discussion on important issues covering all New Yorkers. It’s disappointing that this was the only opportunity to have this kind of inclusive and wide-ranging debate. It’s insulting to voters that Andrew Cuomo refused to participate.
