Syracuse, N.Y., September 8, 2018 - Gubernatorial candidate Stephanie Miner has the following statement about the Tappan Zee Bridge:

“What’s more important – fancy ceremonies so the governor can get good press before the primary or safety?” asked Miner. “We don’t know how much the bridge cost to build. We don’t know how the state paid for it. We don’t know what drivers will pay in tolls. Now, we don’t know if it’s safe.”

Miner has called for abolishing the state’s economic development programs and investing in infrastructure.
